The scripts provide instructions to agents on what to do when they receive a customer problem. In this case, the scripts allow us to incorporate data and predictive trends that we have been able to obtain through our AI model, so that the necessary training of the agents is reduced to a minimum and the resolution of problems in a single call is improved.
